Bottle: ? LG098R Appearance: Pale straw Nose: Cooked agave, alcohol, cider, vinegar, musty, fruity, green apple, medicinal, and acetone…there’s some nice notes, and some not so nice notes Palate: Cooked agave, oak, cinnamon, musty, cider, fruity, green apple, vegetal, hay, ethanol, medicinal, acetone, and black pepper…similar to the nose, but slightly more complex (in both good and bad ways) Finish: Black pepper, ethanol, acetone, and musty…hot and a little caustic with medium viscosity and long duration Overall: I had read that there had been some consistency issues from batch to batch and, judging from some of the other reviews, I must have come up with the short stick with my bottle. There were definitely some nice aspects here and there, but they were wrapped up in a coat of harsh, imbalanced heat that significantly detracted from the overall experience. I will more than likely give this another try in the future and re-evaluate.

The nose is not great for me. Lots of alcohol and herbs. The taste is better and light with some agave and minerals and very light barrel notes.
