TMM Blind Tasting:2025 The aroma is tropical with a touch of ethyl spice and light brine. On the palate, cooked agave’s sweet potato essence is complemented by tropical fruit, light cacao, clove, green grapes, and a vegetal quality. The finish is sweet with a vegetal tone, light spice, a fresh character, and a subtle lingering sweetness of peppermint.

Blind TMM tasting: Agave and citrus, maybe lime. Fairly thin/short and goes down quick. Extra points for value.

Agave, vegetal and minerals on the nose, some bell pepper. The taste has a bit of alcohol, along with pepper, cinnamon, and spices.
