On the palate, cooked agave’s sweet potato essence is complemented by tropical fruit, light cacao, clove, green grapes, and a vegetal quality. The finish is sweet with a vegetal tone, light spice, a fresh character, and a subtle lingering sweetness of peppermint.
Blind TMM tasting: Agave and citrus, maybe lime. Fairly thin/short and goes down quick. Extra points for value.
