Great nose, soft barrel notes, agave, caramel, vanilla. Palate and finish are on point, balanced agave and barrel, long finish with an amazing mouth. Having the opportunity to sip with Greg (@agavedagave) certainly adds to the experience.
This Reposado is light yellow in color. The nose is dominated by agave, but citrus and alcohol are also present. Taste is similar, with hints of herbs, pepper, and minerals I can’t quite identify. The mouthfeel is clean and sort of refreshing, but more tart than sweet. There is a lasting citrus, orange spice that burns nicely to finish. Great value!
NOSE cooked agave, Butterscotch, stone fruit, vanilla, cinnamon PALATE Agave, baking spices, well balanced, between barrel and agave. delicious FINISH Sweet finish but again balanced and elegant. I would buy this over and over when I am at the distillery!
Nose: Agave right away with a noticeable oak presence. Cinnamon and black pepper give it some spice, while green apple keeps it a little fresh. There’s a layer of dried stone fruit that adds a soft sweetness underneath it all. Palate & Mouthfeel: Thin and a bit watery, but the flavors still come through. Sweet agave up front, followed by golden raisin and some peach. Baking spices build as it sits, with vanilla and oak adding a little warmth but staying in check. Finish: Creamy agave sticks around with a light touch of baking spice. It fades clean without doing too much. Final Thoughts: This is a straightforward, old school profile. Not complex, but it’s tasty and easy to go back to. A solid casual sipper that does exactly what you expect.

Amazing color and beautiful bottle. Thank you Greg (@aged_agave) for sharing the experience. Nose was a little cooked agave, vanilla and hint of oak. Taste was a little cooked agave, vanilla and hint butterscotch. Tasted in a Riedel.
