Finish: small-burning aftertaste Opinion: even though the bottle says añejo in a blind testing this tequila often was confused with a reposado. This is a mixer tequila that won’t have a place on my shelf.”

“***Let it breathe before tasting it*** Aroma / Nose: citrus, pepper, earthy/grassy, cooked agave, alcohol. In the glass: Clear color, Tiny consecutive legs. Flavor: citrus, alcohol, pepper and water. Finish: medium burning citrus/agave with a sweet aftertaste. Opinion: despite other opinions, I enjoyed this blanco, the alcohol it is predominant but there is flavor in the after taste that stays with you. ”

Opinion: Bottle 878 - Wow! Love the slightly (almost imperceptible) yellowish/greenish color. Yes is a joven but the legs and the smell of agave and the citrus sweet aftertaste mmm... one of the best blancos/joven I have tasted, I think it is worth the price specially IF you can find it since only 1,000 bottles were produced.”

I drink this as a warmup before a nice añejo or extra añejo. Worth trying it if you can find it.”

“Aroma / Nose: flowers, fruity, berries, agave, hint of vanilla and alcohol. Flavor: dry fruity and flowery flavors followed by hint of agave and alcohol. Finish: medium-burning aftertaste that disappears quickly. Opinion: Since the aroma is fruity and you can see medium legs in your glass, you would expect something sweet but instead to me was dryer that expected. Unique rosé color, a bit of a burning alcohol expected from a reposado. If you buying this is because you want to try something different therefore I would say it is worth trying it but I am not sure this tequila is “asombroso” enough for me to buy it again. P.S. New bottles doesn’t come with the “famous” stopper.”
