“Aroma- agave, oak, chocolate, citrus, fruit Flavor- agave, pepper, citrus, grape, toffee, caramel get a note cherry, complex a lot going on complex Finish- good duration and viscosity, coats mouth well With a lingering natural sweetness Being that is is very close to being an XA and complex, I am giving it a high value rating. “Aroma- agave bomb, surprisingly light Alcohol, some some vanilla but truthfully did not get much out of Aroma Flavor- BOOM!! Far exceded expectations after the smell. Good agave, vanilla with perfect blend of baking spices. Just enough oak to know there is some age finish- medium but chasing with an orange helps it linger and explode.”

“Aroma- agave, alcohol forward, pepper, citrus, vanilla Flavor- simple anejo not complex citrus, agave, hint of butterscotch and chocolate, cinnamon very low heat for 100 proof Finish - decent duration, sweet Typically not a big fan of the High Pressure Autoclave cooking methods but was surprised. Also price point for 100 proof makes it a good Value. ”
