Tasted blind. Spicy aroma with some clove and vegetal notes. Flavor was oily with veg pepper maybe some plum. The finish was fairly quick with a nice minty element to it.
Blind tasting via AMM: Some hay and a little vegetal on the nose. More green notes on the flavor that’s slightly bitter and has a light jalapeño finish
The nose is rather tame. Some vanilla, astringency and florals. The palate is a bit better, although a slight acetone is present. Palate is mint, agave, vanilla, florals a hint of honey and some nail polish. Nice finish, leaning into florals and vanilla. It’s a clean well made blanco for sure, but not my favorite of the bunch.
• Visual: Good viscosity. Clear with clear medium edge. • Initial Nasal Impact: Warming with slight prickle. • Aroma: Lemon, tropical fruit, jalapeño, fresh herbal note. • Mouthnotes. Buttery with light alcohol. • Flavor: Honey, guava, cinnamon, fresh sage, butter, wintergreen mint. • Finish: Long with wintergreen, sage, jalapeño and guava. Gets drying and sweet halfway through the Finish. Very easy drinking.
AMM Blinds march 2026 #9 nose - had a sweet smell with some alcohol and sulfur on the nose palate - sweet agave citrus fruit; muted easy sipper. not complex palate better than nose
Blind tasting with AMM: This was a bright and herbal forward blanco with a fresh, slightly savory edge that keeps things interesting. On the nose, cooked agave comes through clearly, supported by a vegetal backbone and lively citrus. Black pepper adds a bit of lift, while a noticeable dill note brings a unique, almost savory herbal quality. Additional herbal tones round it out and give it a clean, green profile. On the palate, the cooked agave leads again, followed by citrus and black pepper for balance and brightness. Vegetal and herbal notes carry through, keeping it crisp and fresh with a slightly savory lean. The finish is medium in length, leaving behind a mix of agave, citrus, and light herbal notes. Overall, this is a clean, herbaceous blanco with a distinctive dill note that sets it apart and makes it a fun, memorable pour.
