Nice 1414 agave nose. I do enjoy this profile. Palate is subtle with some pepper but has a nice long pepper finish. I’m happy with this. This sample was provided in exchange for an unbiased TMM review
1414 bliss. Thanks Agave Swappers!
Roast agave and some mint on the nose, this has a nice bite on entry with pepper, a bit of ethanol and natural agave sweetness. A short finish holds this back some in the final score for me, else it would be close to 90. My thanks to Matt Cavanaugh for providing the sample to taste. Cultura 100 Blanco Vivanco Distillery, NOM 1414 Master Distiller Sergio Cruz 40 ABV Nose: Vegetal agave tropical fruit cinnamon mint pepper with minerality. It keeps evolving the longer it sits. Palate: tasty fruit agave pepper cinnamon and minerality Finish: starts off mild and comes back around Very nice easy sipper. I am liking this more each time I visit it. Another winner from Vivanco and Sergio Cruz
Nose: pepper, agave, simple & clean, nice stuff Pallete is same, agave & pepper, some herbal, not overly complex but very clean, simple & tasty, short finish but in 40s winner
2oz sample- Agave Swappers- Thank you Keith! The nose is green agave and bright citrus lime zest. There’s some alcohol and a mix of dry minerals and brine. I taste some vegetal pine and green agave with some slight chalk before a vegetal green pepper / jalapeño pepper finish. It’s flavorful but slightly thin on the palate. 42 OTT
