“A little astringent, some baked apple notes on the nose. Very light at 35% almost feels like an agave liqueur. Relatively round mouthfeel, longer finish than I’d expect. ”

“Almost the same nose as the blanco with a slight touch of caramel and barrel notes. Palate is that similar profile, agave, citrus and some pepper that’s rounded out with some leather notes and baking spices. Finish is easy, brief to medium and overall it’s thoroughly a great bargain. Could pass as a sipper better than the blanco, but still best situated as a mixer. ”

“The lightest straw color. Sweet nose, light baking spices and cooked agave with very subtle caramel notes. The booze makes itself present although not a burner. Buttery, round mouth feel. A faint touch of butterscotch. Ever so minor touch of smoke I actually feel like I was searching for it rather than it being a true representation. A little spice at the end. - heat runs through an excellent finish and let’s you know it’s got presence. ”

“In a nosing jarrito - a bit of rubbing alcohol on the nose, mint, and fresh agave. Switch to veladora glass and it opens up, more sweet agave and less booziness. Medium body, round mouthfeel. I get dill, herbal, and pepper notes. There’s heat through a medium finish, not overly complex but hangs on the tongue for a bit. ”
