“This is very good, I liked it, I’m also perpetually a bit confused by the making of ancestral style Tequilas with very high retail prices in the context of availability of tons of great Mezcals for pretty low prices. Sort of like the bar by my house who is all excited about their smoked tequila cocktail and I’m like, y’know Mezcal exists already right, you could just save a lot of trouble and pour from that bottle over there. ”

“Floral and fruity with hints of spices and citrus peel zest. There is leather or tobacco leaf. The barrel influence is vanilla with nutmeg. Bittersweet, long, finish with some of the familiar G4 pepper still standing after 6 years underground at El Pandillo. ”
