“Bold agave aroma. Not subtle, which is great but there was some alcohol which I bet will fade once the bottle breathes a bit longer. Flavor carries the agave with a quick burn that evolves into pear and mineral. Don’t be fooled by the finish. Starts out meek but slowly builds into an amazing celebration of butter, more fruit, and nuts. Wow. Wish I could find a bottle of the high proof!”
