Aroma is cooked and raw agave, black pepper, lime citrus, vegetal green notes from the raw agave. Flavor is cooked agave, honey, citrus, minerality, vegetal notes like asparagus. I think this is a solid blanco option and a bottle that can really bridge the gap for people coming over to better quality tequila from mass produced brands. I also like that all the flavors are very present but it doesn’t overwhelm the senses which jus furthers the idea that this is a great bottle for folks looking to try some good stuff and have a nice looking bottle on the bar at home.

AMM blind: I really like the aroma, which is briny/olives and grass. Taste is similar and also has some floral/sweetness. Finish has a slight bitter punch, but is overall nice.

Rated blind with AMM: Earthy, vegetal, grassy, with jalapeño. Descent finish, but a little too green for my taste.
