Herradura Blanco 46
“2005 Can taste the diffusers influence on a bottle that, just a few years earlier, was probably incredible. With that said, the agaves are sweet and well aged which brings an undertone of great old school flavors. I’m going to keep hunting for some older versions, pre 2001 diffuser. ”

Siempre Rebel Cask Conexiones Reposado
“I expected this repo to have a lot of the notes of the blanco, but it truly tastes like a different tequila. Not better or worse, just different! This is after my first tasting, letting it sit for roughly 20 minutes in the glass. On the nose: sweet agave, caramel, cinnamon, some earthiness, clove, mint, baking spices, but the agave leads equally On the pallet: the barrel takes center stage but the cooked agave it still there. This is a masterful reposado. Delicious, unique, just one i know I’ll come back to over and over again. Excited to taste it next to the blanco. Update to come. ”

I would say it’s the most refined of the three. It’s really well balanced, it truly showcases these gorgeous agaves. Well worth the $90 I paid for it. Masterful tequila making. ”
