“Enjoyed this immensely. Perfect 25 on the nose, wow. This 7yr still manages to stay agave forward, but adds those complimentary barrel and wine notes so well. I didn’t get any of the bitterness others have mentioned. Only thing holding it back from being an all-timer is price. At the $700ish retail, it’s insane. But I picked mine up for $250ish and I’m regretting not getting two.”
