    “aroma: great scent, you can smell the aging/wood but it's not overpowering, the cooked agave still comes through and there is a sweetness to the smell taste: wonderful taste and mouth feel, it reminded me of the Volans anejo with how balanced it was, less agave comes through but the wood isn't overpowering, still has a sweetness to it”

    “A: buttercream, agave, barrel spice T: vanilla, wood, pepper, agave sweetness, plum this was fantastic, extremely diverse flavor profile due to the blend of barrel aging used. very sweet but not in a fake or bad way. lots of wine notes and citrus undertones. works absolutely great in an old fashioned.”

    “A: grass, light, airy, vegetal, T: minerality, wood a very balanced tequila although I didn't get a ton of agave right off the bat. you can tell it was aged slightly as it's very smooth around the edges, some of the typical bite you might expect isn't present. all around a beautiful tequila.”
