“Agave, floral, fruity, mineral, peppery—the full range of scents! One of the nicest aromas I've recently encountered on a Blanco. Taste: White pepper, minerals, and agave. A creamy mouth, a pleasant, medium-long tingle finish in the mouth, and excellent legs that cling to my glass are all present.”

“Aroma: Cooked agave with a strong scent of sweetness. Wet hay and limestone. Lemon/lime citrus spritz with little pepper. Thyme, sage, fragrant oregano, and brined green peppercorns make up a genuine herb shelf. Flavors: Compared to scents, flavors are more overpowering. A lot of buttery, mouth-slathering agave. Juicy honeydew melons that are mature. a citrus kick. a minty undertone. Almond and anise flavors in the background. The flavors explode when all the cylinders fire. Finish: Pepper and agave”

“Aroma: There are faint citrus, spice, and herb overtones. Impossible to describe flavor, very clear and smooth on the palate, with agave and herbs. Finish: A crisp, herbaceous aftertaste with a peppery spice punch. The taste lingers on the tongue. Overall: One of the greatest blancos for sipping neat that I've tried.”

“Nose: pineapple, green pears, cherries, and fresh lemon and lime. Sparkling minerals. A spicy orange, ginger, and turmeric scent. A faint mint scent. Smoky anise that is sweet and musty. Cinnamon, spice, vanilla, anise, velvety leather, and saltiness are some of the flavors. Incredibly rich agave with flavors of both caramelized and green. The taste is exquisite like melted butter. On the palate's rear, there is the slightest hint of grapefruit pith flavor. Result and first impressions: a smooth transition between each taste and smell component.”

“The blanco's vegetal note, sweet cooked agave, and a hint of overripe fruit welcome me right away on the nose. a little hint of wood, some subtle vanilla notes, and a trace of earthiness. The sweetness and cooked agave on the palate are a pleasure. The palate is also highly oily and full-bodied. Citrus, minerals, and the vegetal note from the blanco are all present but are definitely more muted. I'm giving it a "average" price.”
