“Solid cooked agave sweetness on the nose and tongue. Hints of pepper and vanilla, wet earth. I would commit this one to cocktails and they'd be fantastic. A little sweet as a sipper, but still a good choice. ”

“2025 Laguna Colorado. Cooked agave and pepper on the nose. A bit of a burn, flavor of cooked agave, pepper, but of mint, citrus. Not my favorite sip on its own, but it would be great in a cocktail. ”

“Smells more like a whiskey due to aging, but I don't think it was aged very long. Sweet caramel and alcohol on the tongue that disappeared quickly. Not smooth. Not good enough for the price of a 375ml in the PNW. ”
