“This was my second rosé style tequila. Aroma: Fruit from the wine influence dominates, some subtle oak and alcohol (19) Palette: Thin mouthfeel, fruit from wine influence carries, some oak, heat that resonates in the nasal passage (20) Finish: Medium length with some heat left on the back of the tongue, fruity (19) This one was a bit disappointing as I like the regular blanco and the repo is decent.”

“My first ever Reposado experience a few years back. Easy on the nose, but sweet; vanilla and some wood detectable, some alcohol. Taste is vanilla, sweetness, bit of alcohol. It’s an ok mouth feel. Finish has a touch of a burn, but not bad at all.”

“Batch A-015 Nice legs in the glass, coats well, excellent mouth feel Aroma: Nice funk, agave, slight vanilla, oak, whiskey notes Palate: True to the aroma, agave still there, that funk that I like, whiskey,not much heat at all, oak is barely detectable, I was worried that an añejo would be stronger on the wood flavour Finish: Short, some heat on first sip but subsides afterwards. Overall this is another excellent expression from El Tesoro. Easy to drink, well made. My top Añejo so far.”

Aroma (24): Earthy, mineral, vegetal, agave, light citrus Palate (28): Great mouthfeel, cooked agave, earthiness, black pepper, some citrus, funky, very little heat Finish (24): Light easy finish with no burn at all Glad to finally get to try this, been on my wish list for a long time. Love that it’s bottled at proof.”
