“On value alone for mixing cocktails this is 100/100. The only knock I give it is it’s a cleaner tasting tequila along the lines of vodka, hence the reason for using in cocktails. The agave flavor does come out more when it’s mixed. Straight I get light agave, hint of vanilla, and pepper.”
