“for being one of the top abv, this was the sweetest high proof tequila I’ve had so far. Has perfect amount of pepper though not as much agave as I like. With that said, this is a perfect sipper but can also hold its own in a cocktail. Will always keep this on hand.”

Tequila G4 Blanco Madera (Lot 01)

“I loved this one more than most of the lineup. The wood almost gives it a nutty character. Again, agave steals the show but slightly muted compared to others in the lineup. Nothing wrong at all with this one though. ”

Cazcanes No. 10 Still Strength Blanco

“gonna revisit this one for many reasons. First, I love the funky nature of it. Flavors are so good and checks all the boxes. I honestly think one of the biggest issues with this is my expectation due to the price. I’ll have a full pour at some point and review it. Not going to say a single negative thing about flavor cause I liked it and I feel like it needs more time open.”

Wild Common Tequila Blanco Still Strength

“did somebody say pepper? Remember when I said distilleries all make distinct tasting products? How the hell does cascahuin do it?! We his couldn’t be more different from their main line but still delicious. No burn, all the pepper. Wow. Still have a bottle of gran legado blanco. I’m feeling an 1123 tasting coming up.”

Fortaleza Blanco (Still Strength)

“this is my 2nd favorite out of the Fortaleza lineup. Anejo has always been the best to me. We had this bottle as the 4th pour and I remember thinking that I picked up many of the dominant flavors from the first three bottles only very balanced. That’s their trick, take a very thing you love about tequila and pack it in. This is a great bottle, I’ll buy it at 60-70 every chance I get.”

Terralta Tequila Blanco 110

“freshly opened bottle so it was way too hot. I think if you are in the mood for it, go on and get those heavy citrus/pepper notes but it just has too much burn (like take some Pepcid type burn). Gonna come back to this one cause I think it might also do well with some time. Again, delicious but less well rounded than I was expecting.”
