“While I’d prefer it to be a bit higher proof, Atanasio never disappoints. On the nose, I get an earthy, vegetal character with a touch of sweetness and pepper, followed by a punch of agave. On the palate, it’s incredibly smooth, with prominent agave, sweet vegetal notes, and a light peppery taste. The finish is medium, but very enjoyable. Overall, another great pour from Atanasio.”

“On the nose, rich dark chocolate leads the way, followed by layers of toffee, roasted coffee, stout, and soft vanilla. The palate delivers those same decadent notes with remarkable balance before transitioning into a subtle cooked agave sweetness and a long, lingering chocolate stout finish. Exceptionally smooth and beautifully integrated, this is one of those pours that’s dangerously easy to enjoy, you’ll find yourself reaching for another glass before you know it. Definitely worth the wait!! ”

“I’ve had the opportunity to try this several times, from an early sample to a fresh bottle pop, and it has impressed me every time. This blanco delivers a bold burst of agave on both the nose and the palate. Alongside the rich agave character, you’ll find notes of black pepper and fresh vegetal tones that add depth and complexity. The mouthfeel is buttery and smooth, leaving a pleasant, lingering finish that keeps you coming back for another sip. Whether enjoyed neat or mixed into a well-crafted cocktail, this is an outstanding blanco. It has quickly become one of my go-to brands, and I’ll definitely be keeping a bottle on hand once it becomes widely available.”
