I was at a presentation last year where reps from 1414 showed a slide show of the process for making Viva Mexico. The slides included a picture of the tahona. Afterwards I mentioned that none of their current releases used a tahona. They told me it was coming. Boy, did it ever! Aromas of cooked agave, minerals, citrus, cinnamon, mint and a hint of alcohol (I just opened the bottle). Flavors of cooked agave, black pepper, citrus, brine/salt, minerals and a hint of mint. Finish is long and pleasing.
Good but I prefer the Tahona
