“First off is the packaging, clean bottle with a thick patch like label and nice graphics. Can't quite put my finger on the nose but there is some good agave coming thru. Let it open and it will relax some, maybe because of the high proof. First sip started simple then bam, a high proof kick in the palate. Let it sit a few and you will be welcomed to a wealth of agave that warms the belly for a good while. Will try again in a few days but me licks this high proof.”

“Nose has crisp clean agave with some mint, pepper and minerals. Taste hit with some nice peppery agave and minerals with that little minty notes. It leaves you with a lingering pepper agave finish with a creamy mouth feel. Good price, suggest to friends and would sip again.”

“This is from the first real production run and I really enjoy it. Nose is somewhere between green and baked agave with some earthiness in there. Flavor brings much of the same with the nice spicy/pepper notes from the agave. Finish is warm and fuzzy lasting a while. It is a good sipper and should hold up in a cocktail as well. Low $40 range make this one a keeper.”
