“In my Glencairn glass the nose starts out as a tropical fruity sweet agave. There is just enough herbaceous green aromas to keep it interesting in the background. Palate is very smooth with minimal alcohol burn. Flavors are a continuation of the aromas with addition of spice.”

“Immediately after pouring and going to the nose you are hit by creamy big butter and vanilla. After letting it sit in glass for a few more seconds that dissipates. What is left is a green agave a touch of ethanol from the alcohol and maybe a touch of barrel spice hiding in the back. Palate is smooth and tastes of green agave with light sour note.”
