“Gotta let this one breath a bit. The nose straight after the pour was whiskey. After 10 minutes I was getting a kind of cherry pitted fruits. Another 5 minutes and there was plenty of agave/cooked plantains. Pallet was thick and buttery. Purchased an oz for $25 in steamboat…which was mistakenly mispriced. I would drink it all night at that price, not at the $68 they had it listed at.”

“For whatever reason it took me a bit to calibrate to this one. Smells like butterscotch, caramel, spice, and Christmas Eve. Perfect little numb after each sip. Extra points that Tapatio puts it all in a 1L bottle. Yes I would drink again. Yes I would recommend to a friend.”
