Two days later the taste had lessened, but this is so sweet it's still throwing me. Hoping and expecting it to improve in the coming weeks. ”

“An interesting bottle for sure. More smoky than any other blanco I've had. Really intriguing nose. Something here like celery or grass, maybe lemon grass. Flavor is unique and very enjoyable. Smoke undercurrent, lemon peel, very subtle herbs and spices. Cinnamon, baking spices, tiny bit of vanilla. This is almost not a tequila but a different agave spirit. Not sure why it isn't rated higher by the crowd but I'm impressed. ”
