Panel members responded with honest and detailed tasting notes that ended up revealing some interesting trends. Let’s get into it.
Partida Elegante does not cross the age line, and maintains wonderful flavor from the agave married with the sweet, rich flavors from the barrel. If aged tequila is your thing, Partida Elegante is one to savor and enjoy.
AMM Blind Tasting: On the nose I got a burst of cherry, cola, molasses and a decent hint of cooked agave with subtle black pepper and licorice. A nice sipper with brown sugar, baking spices, raisin and a hint of citrus. A dry, almost port-like finish.
