“Wow that nose! briney, sweet, fruity, citrus, minerality, hints of spicy cinnamon, jalapeño, pickle brine maybe? Lots of greens/herbal notes, this is complex! so many good notes and the proof really shines. On the pallet this also shines! Has a fire cooked / "light smokiness" at first, opens up after a few- sweet & earthy cooked agave, silky mouthfeel, proof is great, can feel the heat, long finish, this is a great blanco, buy if you see it!”

“Nose is bright - floral and fruity! Getting hints of mango, banana, bubble gum, some green notes, like lemongrass, hint of jalapeño, very nice stuff here, bouquet as it opens up wow! First sip is cooked sweet agave and pepper! Bold punch, great oily mouthfeel, silky, not super complex to me but very tasty, proof and heat is there, definitely opens up nice. ”

“Nose is awesome! Had this blind before but now doing fresh crack not blind- wow - the rose notes are there right away! Delicate red fruits, strawberry, cherry, grapes, but the agave is also there balancing it, they play so well together Pallet is light, @ 38 makes sense but still get nice cooked agave,-and the red fruits, I think if this was a higher proof if would really shine for me. I don't do well with lower proofs typically due to lack of flavor/boldness. This has some good flavor but it's def light, still a winner”

“Fresh crack - 2025 lot Nose is floral, agave, some citrus, melons, honeydew or cantaloupe, sweet and balanced, very nice for the price, Pallet is a nice 1123 pepper spice right away, sweet cooked agave, melons, hints of cinnamon, anise, minerality, opens up nicely, overall very quality sipper for the price, nice finish, stays around for a bit esp for 40abv ”

“Nose is very nice, agave, carmelized brown sugar, hints of toasted orange peel, nice earthy note there as well, like rich soil, hint of tootsie roll, very nice layers as it opens First sip is spicy, agave is sweet, some earthy notes, a hint of almost an autoclave cook which this is not, but reminds me of a bit. Charred/cooked agave is very present, great mouth feel and warm finish sits on your tongue an into your chest, it's a quality sipper but I think secondary pricing is a bit inflated personally ”
