“Not super aromatic. On first pour I mainly get agave, citrus, and black pepper. Same flavors coat the mouth along along with mild alcohol and anise. Finish is short to medium. Good as a sipper but I’ve had better. ”

“Popped to top and the aroma from the bottle was a little musty. Musty aroma did not transfer to the pour. Heavy cooked agave, black pepper and citrus. Alcohol on the nose but dissipated upon resting. Vegetal and fruity. Sips below it’s proof. Mild yet flavorful with a thick oily mouthfeel. Gets better as it opens in the glass. Slight anise and vanilla finish that lingers quite a while. An average priced excellent sipping high proof blanco! ”

“Botella Numero: 5938 Lote Numero: 09 Fecha: 10/20/14 Date of review: 02/22/26 This bottle has been sitting in my collection for many years. Aromas of agave, earth, wet cement, citrus, flowers and mint. Alcohol is present when first poured but burns off the aroma fairly quickly when left to open up in the glass. Flavors of agave, anise, citrus, black pepper and light vanilla. No bad aftertaste. After reading and watching bad reviews, I don’t find my bottle to fit that profile. An ok sipper and would excel the role as a mixer. Color me surprised. ”
