“Barrel spice, honey and cooked agave. Ok for sipping neat but better in an old fashioned. Very light color for an anejo. If you like agave forward aged tequila this one’s for you. ”

Painted Donkey Blanco

“Not anything horrible in this tequila. It’s drinkable but I don’t get any of the minerals or minty finish that I usually look for. You can mix or sip it but I get the same effect from both. Just bland. At least there’s no sewage, burnt garbage type notes like in some of the other cheaper ones. If you’re budgeting this one will get you through tough times. ”
