Siembra Valles Tequila Añejo
“From the glass I can smell the huge agave and dried fruit presence. The fruit is on the darker side, like a prune or raisen. As I bring the glass closer, oak, licorice, caramel, vanilla, and honey introduce themselves. All romas are very well rounded and play nicely with one another. Flavor: sweet agave and honey hit your senses 1st followed quickly by oak, baking spices, anise, and a soft warm pepper finish. The Agave isn’t overpowered by aging, which I prefer as a blanco lover. This is definitely a must have for any collection!! ”

Codigo 1530 Still Strength Blanco
“I’ll be honest, the fermentation had me spinning, in a good way! I pin pointed notes I’ve never picked up in an additive free tequila. On the nose it screams codigo, vegetal, agave, and mint. But, then came some cab notes like baking spices, vanilla, and a hint of cherry pie filling. Flavor is sweet agave, vanilla, baking spices, and PEPPER. The finish is medium, but the heat hangs around for bit. If you enjoyed the regular codigo blanco, you will absolutely love this HP”

Siete Leguas "Siete Décadas" Blanco
“Ok, you may call me crazy, but my first take on the nose is Lote 100 from Fortaleza. 7L70 hitting you more in the face, but the undertones are there for me. The aroma is fantastic!! I feel it has a little bit of everything, minerals, earthy, citrus, brine, butter. I think this drinks hotter then some of my high proofs. If I were to taste this blind I’d put it much hotter then 42! It’s clean, crisp, warm, oily, minerals, of course sweet agave forward, yet leaves your mouth feeling hot and dry. I am really enjoying this!! I may not be an expert in old school tequila, but I feel like I’m drinking history. This does not taste like anything on the market”
