Espéralo Tequila Reposado
“Espéralo Reposado — NOM 1107 Nose: Warm agave sweetness with some minerality and an almost caramel-like note. Taste: Caramel sweetness up front with fermented agave and vegetal notes underneath. Finish: Lingering warmth with persistent vegetal notes. Slight tannic dryness and a gentle tingle on the tongue. Overall: An enjoyable, easy-drinking reposado. The barrel brings some caramel sweetness without completely covering the agave and fermentation character. Nothing overly complex, but nicely balanced and something I’d happily drink again.”

Cascahuín Destino
“The finish on this excellent. there’s balanced creamy sweetness with subtle pepper notes. let’s be real it’s novelty so I’m skipping overall price other than it being $25 at the bar I tasted it at. they didn’t know what they had. nose was weird for me with acetone and rubbing alcohol however that shifted with time into a sweet dough cakey like nose. overall enjoyable tequila.”

Chamucos Extra Añejo
“CASK Strength 44.4% ABV. | Once you give this some time to rest, the flavor bomb with many evolving layers dance on your palate. Viscous / silky mouthfeel. Toasted caramel, sweet cooked agave, rich oak. Finish is spectacular with a pleasant hang time that brings out baking spices, fruit and vanilla, with a smooth fade of roasted agave. A premium sipper that ranks with the best EA’s on the market. My goodness this is good! ”

Cascahuín Blanco
“For an 80 proof blanco, the nose packs a lot of flavor, and the palate, while a bit thin, certainly provides everything the nose promises. Strong agave with a vegetal green bell pepper addition. The finish is where this one suffers as it disappears much too quickly for my taste. It's not my favorite, but it's still a solid blanco at a great price.”
