“nose is clean, pleasant, agave, citrus and light pepper. ]Palate is good, again clean. not a lot of depth but is an easy sipper especially if you don't like heavy pepper or alcohol with citrus notes. finish brings out more pepper but still on the light side. Good balance, I would like a little more on the finish for my taste. would be a good one to win friends over to quality tequila.”

“nose is clean agave, orange, lime, a little vegatal, hunt of mint. Palate slightly oily, agave, mint, citrus, light minerality and light anise.. finish is short mint, pepper and anise. not bad, not my favorite. neck pour was not good to me a littlesour/bitterness butletting this one sit takes alot of that away.”

“NOM 1588. agave, citrus, minerality on the nose. palate is oily with agave, minerality, mint, and some anise. that carries to the finish with some heat added. Fades relatively quickly with a fairly long tingle. Great for mixing, OK as a sipper.”

“Nose is clean floral, citrus,cinnamon, light cheese funk. Palate adds licorice, and a tobbacco/oak smokiness and more of the cheese funk. Finish is similar with more intensity on the anise and an almost mescal smokiness and pepper. Very complex and every sip was a little different than the one before.”
